Expiry of Plan

The time towards expiration will begin after the add-on plan becomes activated automatically. For example, if the plan was activated on January 1, 2020 at 4pm, a 1-day plan will expire on January 2, 2020 at 4pm.

Automatic Activation

After purchase, the add-on plan will automatically activate when your data from your original plan either depletes or expires. You can check the status of your plan through ‘Your Plans’ tab within your eSIM. Only one plan should be active at a time. Once the plan is activated, the expiry of the plan cannot be paused even if you turn off the eSIM in your device settings.

Data only

This plan does not come with a number, so no call and text service will be available.

4G/LTE Speed

This data plan is expected to have 4G speed. For the most accurate information, please refer to the 'speed' column. However, network coverage and speed may vary by location and time of day, and in some locations, you may experience 3G briefly. If you are not satisfied with the service, please feel free to contact our support team.

No hidden fees

This plan is prepaid and taxes are included, so you don't have to worry about unexpected roaming cost.

Add-on data available

If you think you’ll need more data, we recommend that you add more data prior to plan expiration or data depletion. This will save the hassle of you going through the eSIM installation and plan activation.If you are a business user with an active plan and do not see the option to buy add-ons, please contact your company administrator.

Service Area

The plan is only available in the destination specified. For multi-country plans, the eSIM will connect automatically to local carrier as you move from country to country. If you leave the service area, you will not receive any data service.

Coverage

Network coverage will only be for the specified country of the plan (or countries listed under "Availability", if this is a regional plan). Coverage may not include overseas territories under the jurisdiction of the specified country (or countries). Please contact customer support to confirm before purchasing.
