To find the ICCID for your eSIM: The ICCID (Integrated Circuit Card Identifier) is a unique number assigned to your eSIM that allows for precise identification. It serves as a critical reference when managing multiple eSIMs, verifying profiles, or seeking support.

Verifying your ICCID is essential to ensure your eSIM is working correctly, as it helps in managing your plans and diagnosing potential issues.

On iPhone (iOS):

  • Turn on your Nomad eSIM.

  • Go to Settings > General > About.

  • Scroll down to the eSIM profile you want to check.

  • The ICCID number will be listed under the eSIM profile section. This number is unique to your eSIM and is used to validate and identify it, which is crucial for establishing a connection with network operators.

On Android:

  • Turn on your Nomad eSIM.

  • For Pixel devices: Go to Settings > About Phone, then tap SIM Status to view the ICCIDs for your active eSIMs.

  • For Samsung devices: Go to Settings > Connections > SIM Manager, select your eSIM, then choose More Information to see the ICCID.

  • For other Android devices: Open Settings, tap About Phone or About Device, select Status, then tap ICCID Info to find your number.

On the Nomad App:

  • Navigate to the "Manage Section", you will see your active eSIMs under the "Current Section".

  • Click on "View Details" on the relevant eSIM.

  • On the app, click on the "i" button on the top right to view the ICCID.

On the Nomad Website:

  • Navigate to the "Manage Section", you will see your active eSIMs under the "Current Section".

  • You will find the ICCID listed on the left.

If you do not see the ICCID, try turning your eSIM off and back on, then check again.

Understanding extra digits in the ICCID: Some devices may display an extra digit at the end of the ICCID number. This digit is purely cosmetic and does not affect the functioning of your eSIM.

For further troubleshooting, compare the ICCID displayed on your device with the one provided in your purchase confirmation email. Additional steps can be found in your device settings, Nomad app, or website.

If the ICCID on your device does not match the one provided in your Nomad eSIM profile or QR code, remove any inactive eSIMs from your device and request a new QR code from Nomad to reinstall the eSIM.
