How to Manually Select a Network or Troubleshoot Connectivity Issues

If you're experiencing issues with automatic network selection or need to connect to a specific network manually, follow the steps and guidelines below to troubleshoot and resolve the problem efficiently.

To know the preferred networks for your eSIM, please check the 'Network list' option towards bottom of the website. On the app, select the 'Plan Details' and view the details listed under 'Network'.

To manually select a network on iOS devices:

  • Go to Settings.

  • Tap Cellular (or Mobile Data).

  • Tap Network Selection.

  • Turn off the "Automatic" option.

  • Wait for the list of available networks to appear.

  • Choose your preferred network from the list.

To manually select a network on Pixel devices:

  • Open Settings.

  • Go to "Network & Internet."

  • Tap "SIMs."

  • Turn off "Automatically Select Network."

  • Wait for the list of available networks to load.

  • Select your preferred network from the list.

To manually select a network on Samsung devices:

  • Open the Settings app.

  • Tap on "Mobile Networks."

  • Tap "Network Operators."

  • Turn off "Automatically select network."

  • Wait for the list of available networks to appear.

  • Choose the network you would like to connect to from the list.

To manually select a network on other Android devices:

  • Open the Settings app.

  • Go to "Connections" or "Mobile Networks" (on some devices, you may need to tap "More Networks" first).

  • Tap "Network Operators."

  • Turn off "Select Automatically" or "Automatically select network."

  • Wait for the list of available networks to appear.

  • Select your preferred network from the list.
