Where can I find my order ID?

Find Nomad eSIM order ID in My Orders or your receipt email. Use it to track purchases or share with support. See the guide for details.

To find your OrderID please follow the steps below:

Web Users: Please go to the Nomad website and go to "My account" --> "My rders" --> "Order No.", you can click copy to get your OrderID.

iOS Users: Please go to the iOS app and go to “Profile” → “Order History” → choose the plan you want to get the OrderID for → “Order Details” → “Order No.” → and you can click copy to get your OrderID.

Alternatively, you can go to your email receipt (the first email you receive after purchasing a plan) and find your OrderID there (it is the first line item in the receipt).
