If you lost your email containing the eSIM QR code and installation instructions, you can still retrieve the QR code and instructions from the Manage page of your Nomad app or website. Simply click into the eSIM that you want to install for the installation details and QR code.
If you don’t see the email in your inbox, it may have landed in your spam or junk folder. Search your email for subjects like “Here is how you access your Nomad plan!” or “Nomad Plan Installation Guide.” If you are unable to find the QR code in your emails, you can contact Nomad support to request the QR code or alternative installation instructions.
Addon plans do not require to be installed as it is an extension of your base plan. Addon plans are activated automatically in 2 conditions:
The allocated data on the eSIM has been fully utilized.
The eSIM duration has been reached.
