Transferring eSIM from a lost phone

Nomad eSIMs are one-time use and can’t be transferred. Lost your phone? Contact support to request a new eSIM on a case-by-case basis.

Nomad's eSIMs are a one-time use and cannot be transferred to a different phone.

In the event where you lost your phone, a new eSIM may be issued on a case-by-case basis. Please contact customer service via our website chat or in-app chat on the iOS or Android app.
