Nomad Points Refund

If you used Points to purchase a plan and later require a refund of that plan, your Points will be refunded immediately upon approval of the refund request. However, some exceptions may still require case-by-case evaluation.

Customers can choose between receiving their refunds as Nomad points or as monetary refunds back to their original payment methods, with Nomad points being the default option.

Refund Timeframes

Monetary Refunds to Original Payment Methods

  • Refunds usually take 2-5 business days to reflect in your original payment method once processed, depending on your card issuer or financial institution.

  • In rare instances, due to bank delays or international norms, refunds could take up to 5-10 business days.

Refunds via Nomad Points

  • Nomad points are credited immediately after a refund request is approved, allowing instant access to updated balances.

These points hold a value equivalence of 100 points = $1 and do not expire, offering flexibility for future purchases.

Refunds are applicable to unused or canceled eSIM purchases. Customers can also request monetary refunds for defective eSIMs, with full or partial refunds offered based on the situation.

  • Weekends and Holidays: Refund processing applies to business days; requests during holidays or weekends will be processed next business day.
