Receiving Invoices for eSIM Purchases
Upon successful purchase of an eSIM plan, you will automatically receive a payment receipt in the form of a PDF via email. If you require an additional or detailed invoice:
Check Your Email: Look for the payment receipt in your inbox or spam folder.
Request an Invoice: Contact the support team if the invoice is not included or additional details (e.g., company name) are required.
Please note that if the order was paid entirely using Nomad Points, then an invoice cannot be generated.
What to Do If You Haven’t Received Your Invoice
Check spam or junk email folders for the payment receipt or invoice.
Ensure that you provided accurate and complete details for invoice generation.
Contact the Nomad support team if the issue persists.
To customize your invoice, provide Nomad support with specific details such as your company name, or Tax IDs. Ensure clarity in your request to avoid errors.
Requesting an Invoice for a Top-Up Plan or General Purchase
You can request an invoice for your purchase, including top-up plans, by following these steps:
Provide Your Order ID: Make sure you have the Order ID or purchase details for which you need the invoice for.
Submit Recipient Details: Include the name, company address, or any other required details you prefer to list on the invoice.
Contact the Nomad Support Team: Once the above information is ready, reach out to our support team, and they will generate and send the invoice to your registered email address.
Requesting Invoices for Past Orders
If you need an invoice for an older order:
Prepare Required Information: Provide key details such as the order ID, your name, company address, etc.
Send Your Request: Reach out to the support team with the prepared information. They will generate and email the invoice to you.
