UNLIMITED Plans - Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
This plan comes with unlimited data, however our network providers do apply a Fair Usage Policy. If you consume more than 2 GB per day, you will find that your speed will be throttled to 512 kbps. This speed should only last 24 hours (sometimes less) before you are back to high-speed data.
Data only
This plan does not come with a number, so no call and text service will be available.
Expiry of plan
Expiry will start after you activate your plan. For example, if you activate a 7-day plan on Jan 1, 2023 at 4pm, it will expire on Jan 8, 2023 at 4pm.
You have 30 days to activate
After purchase, you have 30 days to activate your plan. Otherwise, your plan will automatically activate on the 30th day and expiry will start.
4G/LTE Speed
This data plan is expected to have 4G/LTE speed. However, network coverage and speed may vary by location and time of day. If you are not satisfied with the service, please feel free to contact our support team.
No hidden fees
This plan is prepaid and taxes are included, so you don’t have to worry about unexpected roaming cost.
Add-on data / days is NOT available
If you need more data, or wish to extend your unlimited plan by a certain number of days, simply purchase a new data plan. When your first plan expires, install and activate the second plan as needed.
