After purchase, you will receive instructions to install the eSIM through settings and your can activate your plan when you want to start using data.
Please follow the in-app instructions carefully and refer to the eSIM Troubleshooting guide if you encounter any problem. If all else fails, feel free to contact customer support.
You would need a stable internet connection to install the eSIM, so we recommend installing the eSIM before you are abroad, so that you can use the connection right away when you arrive.

If you use our service to engage in unethical behavior, your service may be disabled without notification. Please review our Terms and Conditions carefully for additional information.
You must inform us immediately if the device on which the device with activated data plan is lost or stolen, so we can suspend the service. You will be responsible for usage of the plan on the device until you do so. We will take action to cancel the activated data plan on any stolen or lost device within 72 hours of notification and subject to verification of account.
