Our Story
Nomad eSIM is a global telecommunications service provider headquartered in Santa Clara, California. We were launched in 2020 by LotusFlare, Inc., a leader in telecommunications infrastructure software, with a clear mission: to make travel connectivity easy and affordable for everyone.
As the world reopened after the pandemic, we noticed that international travelers were still struggling with outdated ways of accessing mobile data. Having to queue to purchase a physical local SIM card at the airport after a long flight, paying steep roaming fees to home carriers, or navigating unfamiliar data plans by other travel data providers, all of it added unnecessary costs and stress to the joy of travel.
