This plan does not come with a number, so no call and text service will be available.
Expiry will start after you activate your plan. For example, if you activate a 7-day plan on Jan 1, 2020, it will expire on Jan 8, 2020.
The plan will be activated on first use (i.e. upon first successful data connection to the destination network) after installation. After purchase, you have 30 days to activate your plan. Otherwise, your plan expiry will start on the 30th day.
This data plan is expected to have 4G speed. We support 5G speed in several countries. However, network coverage and speed may vary by location and time of day. If you are not satisfied with the service, please feel free to contact our support team.
This plan is prepaid and taxes are included, so you don’t have to worry about unexpected roaming cost.

If you think you will need to add more data, please do so while your eSIM is active. This will save you the hassle of installing another eSIM. If your plan is expired or data is used up, you will not be able to add more data to the same eSIM.
The plan is only available in the destination specified. For multi-country plans, the eSIM will connect automatically to local carrier as you move from country to country. If you leave the service area, you will not receive any data service.
Network coverage will only be for the specified country of the plan (or countries listed under “Availability”, if this is a regional plan). Coverage may not include overseas territories under the jurisdiction of the specified country (or countries). Please contact customer support to confirm before purchasing.
How to Use eSIM
After purchase, you will receive instructions to install the eSIM through iOS Settings and your can activate your plan when you want to start using data.
Please follow the in-app instructions carefully and refer to the eSIM Troubleshooting guide if you encounter any problem. If all else fails, feel free to contact customer support.
You would need a stable internet connection to install the eSIM, so we recommend installing the eSIM before you are abroad, so that you can use the connection right away when you arrive.

If Your Device is Lost
You must inform us immediately if the device on which the device with activated data plan is lost or stolen, so we can suspend the service. You will be responsible for usage of the plan on the device until you do so. We will take action to cancel the activated data plan on any stolen or lost device within 72 hours of notification and subject to verification of account.
