Expiry of plan
Expiry will start after you activate your plan. For example, if you activate a 7-day plan on Jan 1, 2020 at 4pm, it will expire on Jan 8, 2020 at 4pm.
You have 30 days to activate
After purchase, you have 30 days to activate your plan. It will be activated on your first data use. Otherwise, your plan expiry will start on the 30th day.
Plan can only be installed once
This eSIM can only be installed once. We recommend you install it on the device that you actually plan to use the eSIM for. We cannot guarantee refund for data left on already-used plans due to eSIM removal
This data plan is expected to have 4G/LTE speed. However, network coverage and speed may vary by location and time of day. If you are not satisfied with the service, please feel free to contact our support team.
No hidden fees
This plan is prepaid and taxes are included, so you don't have to worry about unexpected roaming cost.
Add-on data available
If you think you will need to add more data, please do so while your eSIM is active. This will save you the hassle of installing another eSIM. If you plan is expired or data is used up, you will not be able to add more data to the same eSIM.
Network coverage will only be for the specified country of the plan (or countries listed under "Availability", if this is a regional plan). Coverage may not include overseas territories under the jurisdiction of the specified country (or countries). Please contact customer support to confirm before purchasing.
